Terms and Conditions for Online Websites:

I hereby authorize Shelton Memorial Park to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I acknowledge

I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount and my Shelton Memorial Park Account Number.

By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments,

and agree that Shelton Memorial Park is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated.

I understand that an online payment will be processed and credited to my account within two business days.

Privacy Policy

We use the information you provide to us to process your request/order only.

Your credit card information is provided to our Internet payment gateway service for you to pay for your order and for your credit card to be charged accordingly.

Your address is provided to the shipping company (In most cases, the U.S. Postal Service) for them to deliver your ordered goods.

If you send us feedback in any form (e.g. email, Postal Mail, Phone, comments with an order, etc) where you give us a testimonial about our products, we reserve the right to use your first name, last initial, state, & country to quote you on our web site, product packaging, promotional materials, media reviews, etc. We reserve the right to correct any spelling or change any inappropriate language. If you do not want to be quoted, then you must request "do not quote me" in the same message and at the same time as your testimonial.

Disclosure exceptions:

Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary: to comply with legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website and/or Business Name rights and property; or during emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.

Other than these exceptions, we do not share, sell, or give your personal information to anyone, any company, any corporation, nor any entity for any reason without your further permission. This policy & terms of use are governed by the law of the State of Washington.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless expressly approved by management on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: In accordance with U.S. banking regulations, cardholders may have up to 30 days to dispute a charge with their issuing bank. Our internal refund policy operates independently of this dispute period and does not guarantee reimbursement.

Refund and Exchange Eligibility (if approved by management)

If a refund or exchange is approved by management, the following conditions must be met:

• The item/service must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  Only regular-priced items may be considered for refund; sale items are not eligible.
  If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, any refund may be issued as store or gift credit, at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you ship with a tracking number and insure the package.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be shipped, most orders ship the next day when placed Sunday – Friday. We ship all of our products with tracking via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
